We have been looking for a sofa for the longest time to replace our existing one, and after many months of hunting around, we have finally selected Zolano because of its quality and the pleasant shopping experience. Lee Peng was the sales person who attended to us, she is very patient and knowledgeable, she displayed professionalism in explaining the products to us, and also shortlisted the relevant products which fits our budget. And we had some queries after the sales, she went extra miles to help us with the questions (even after closing the sales!) If you are seriously looking for sofa like us, I recommend that you look for her specifically to help you with it.

Keetson @KPI Zolano Flagship Store is GREAT!!! He is very attentive and listens to our/clients requirements, helps to move the furniture around to show how pieces would match each other (when it's not being displayed the combo we were looking for). Very prompt to revert to queries even after work hours. Goes out of his way to ensure he can try to fulfill our Client's requirements where possible. On days we visit and it happens to be his off day, he briefs his colleagues and they are very helpful in the follow up. Lovely to see good teamwork, friendly service and I thoroughly any one looking for furniture to try at this outlet first.

I am an undecisive customer and I changed my mind numerous time. Alan was nice to accommodate to my changes and he did not make any negative remarks or make me feel uncomfortable the whole time I'm dealing with him. He also gave me some space to think and did not rush me even when the shop is already closed. Thank you Alan for your service and I look forward to receive my sofa next week

Zalano Mr Alan is very friendly and super patience with us. Iโ€™m indecisive in selection but he is not pushy and not showing any upset with us. He keep his professional attitude to serve us with options available and show us sample photo for our better decision made. 👍🏻 we feel pleased with the shopping experience at zalano. My husband n I have good experience n good satisfaction from ฤ€lan Chong services . He definitely care about customer needs - very detail n follow up very well which I request him to send me photos n cost of different options etc which helped us to make decision quicker . I am looking around to get some sofa and am keen on leather. While I read up to educate myself a little, I found to my astonishment how many other branded furniture outlets have sales staff who do not even match the little information that I have got only recently.The only outlet that I was impressed with was Zolano and specifically Old Klang Road branch and very specifically Ms Chris.I could not get the leather sofa I want from Zolano. I am interested to get simple, modern designs. Zolano does not seem to have such designs.While I hope Zolano may one day have what I wish, meanwhile I feel I have to congratulate you for having a great staff like Chris.I had never met Chris before and had only called her once and I didn't even make an appointment to see her the day I met at OKR outlet.Super super 5 stars for Chris.
